education
My educational journey began at Gbawe D/A 3 Junior High School, where I studied from 2011 to 2014. During these formative years, I developed a strong foundation in various subjects, fostering a love for learning and a curiosity about the world around me. This period was crucial in shaping my academic interests and setting the stage for my future studies.
In 2014, I was admitted to Accra Academy, where I spent the next three years studying Animal Science. From 2014 to 2017, I delved into the fascinating world of animal biology and agriculture. My time at Accra Academy was marked by rigorous coursework and practical experiences that deepened my understanding of animal production and health. I was particularly drawn to the scientific aspects of animal husbandry, which spurred my desire to pursue further education in this field.
In a unique turn of events, I had the opportunity to explore my creative side through the Vodafone Icons Studio at Accra Academy from 2017 to 2018. This program introduced me to communication design, a field that combines artistic expression with practical communication skills. The experience enriched my academic journey by providing a balance between the sciences and the arts, and it helped me develop a diverse skill set.
In 2018, I gained admission to the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), Dormaa Campus, to study Animal Production and Health. My undergraduate years at UENR were transformative, as I engaged in comprehensive coursework and hands-on learning experiences. I worked diligently to master subjects related to animal nutrition, breeding, genetics and disease management, all of which are critical to the health and productivity of livestock. I graduated with a CGPA of 3.21, earning a Second Class Upper division, which is a testament to my dedication and hard work.
Throughout my educational journey, I have gained valuable knowledge and skills that I am eager to apply in my future endeavors. My background in Animal Science, combined with my exposure to communication design, has equipped me with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set. I am excited to leverage my education and experiences to make meaningful contributions to the fields of animal health and digital communications.
